AZ STENTER

STENTERING, EQUALISING AND STEAMING MACHINE

The AZ Stenter, is used for equalising, steaming and stentering any knit fabric, both as an intermediate action to finishing and as the final phase.

It may be used individually or in line with other machines (e.g. compactor or dryer).

Depending on the application, the machine can be equipped with:

• Widening-centering unit;
• Intensive steamer;
• Central fabric support chain track unit;
• Selvedge resin coating and drying unit;
• Selvedge cutting and suction unit;
• Machine outfeed with tangential roller and/or folder with arms;
• NON-STOP winder;
• Possibility to assemble on or two 3-metre ranges;

The machine is also characterised by:

• Precise overfeeding control;
• Perfect selvedge stitching on the chain pins;
• Pin chain with vertical return without lubrication;
• PLC control with simple and intuitive user interface with touch-screen operator panel;
• Motorised with AC motors, controlled with a state-of-the-art inverter;
• Low maintenance;
• Possibility of optional remote management;
