CALENDER PRESS FOR TUBULAR KNIT FABRIC P51

• Calender suitable for pressing knitted underwear or outerwear. Its pressing cylinders are made of chromed and ground steel with shiny effect, or covered in felt for an opaque effect.
• The fabric enters the pressing cylinders automatically without any danger to the operator.
• The magnetic extender frame can go from the minimum to maximum size without interruption through electrical control, even with drawn-in fabric.
• Gear motors, control the machine, which in their turn are controlled by electronic inverters, able to precisely control the speed of the fabric on the unit (extender frame, pressing cylinders, tangential roller and folder with cooling).
• It is also equipped with an exhaust for fumes, steam quantity regulator, solenoid valve to halt the steamer on the machine arrest and command for discharging the rolled fabric.

• The fabric enters the pressing cylinders automatically through the extender frame with independent control.
• The magnetic extender frame can go from the minimum to maximum size without interruption through electrical control, even with drawn-in fabric.
• The pressed fabric is rolled on a pair of cylinders positioned immediately after the pressing cylinders.
• Gear motors, controlled by electronic inverters, able to precisely control the speed of the fabric on the unit (extender frame, pressing cylinders, tangential roller).
