DRYER WITH PERFORATED DRUMS

DRYER FOR FABRICS AND NON WOVEN FABRICS

Our perforated drum suction dryers have been used successfully for years.

Air circulation is based on a perforated drum combination.

Through a ventilator positioned axially to the drum, air is suctioned from inside and after it has been heated is returned onto the external surface.

This creates air suction on the drum surface that holds the fabric safely to be dried. At the same time, the air passes through the fabric.

Their specific consumption per kilogram of evaporated water is extremely low.

They are equipped with fabric overfeeding and can be supplied with side regulators for the air passage onto the fabric.

For large working widths, the air is suctioned by two ventilators installed on both sides of the drum.

Depending on the use, high working speeds can be obtained.

Excellent temperature uniformity on the entire working height.

The machine can be heated with:

  • Gas
  • Electricity
  • Diathermic oil
  • Steam
  • Heated water

Excellent panelled thermal insulation.

Various possible combinations on the outfeed, including the possibility to match a cooling unit.

The available versions are:

  • ECH: large diameter single drum with Omega design
  • ECO: two or more drums positioned horizontally
  • ECV: two drums positioned vertically.

They are used in traditional textiles and technical textiles

Omega Design: ECH

Compact design requiring little space, with one large diameter drum at an elevated winding angle.

Horizontal Design: ECO

It is an auto draw-in dryer. In the passage from one drum to the other, the direction of the airflow that goes through the fabric alternates and the surface in contact with the fabric is inverted.

The machine is modular and is composed according to customer requirements, from a minimum of two units. It can be increased at any moment.
