ESSICO EC suction perforated drums dryers have been used successfully for many years.
The air circulation is based on a combination of a perforated drum and a fan placed axially to the drum. The air is sucked from inside the perforated drum, filtered, heated and blown onto its external surface, creating an air suction which retains the textile product on the surface of the same drum; the heated air passes completely through the textile product, thus allowing uniform drying or heat setting of the same product.
The energy consumption per kilogram / estimated water is very low.
In very wide textile products, the air is sucked in by two fans placed axially on both sides of the perforated drum.
ECO DRYER
The heated air strikes, in an alternating manner, the two opposing surfaces of the textile product.
The ECO dryer is modular; the number of perforated drums in the ECO dryer is established based on the required production.
ECV DRYER
The heated air strikes, in an alternating manner, the two opposing surfaces of the textile product.
The two perforated drums are placed one above the other in order to limit the overall dimensions of the machine.
ECH DRYER
The heated air hits only one surface of the textile product. Dryer suitable for limited production or for light or very light non-woven fabrics.
DRYING of woven fabrics, open or tubular knits, yarns from beam to beam, tops, tow or nonwovens. The EC dryer can work individually or combined in tandem with a washing, bleaching or dyeing system.
PRE-DRYING of woven fabrics or knitwear using the EC dryer located upstream and combined in tandem with a stenter, thus increasing working speed and reducing energy consumption.
THERMO-FIXING of non-wovens; light or heavy products are heat-fixed using the EC dryer, at an adjustable temperature up to over 180°C.
FINISHING of woven fabrics or knitwear; impregnation of the artefacts, using a padder with a solution containing finishing chemicals and subsequent drying using the EC dryer.
FINISHING of nonwovens; the non-woven composed of natural or synthetic fibres or various mixtures is impregnated using a pad with a solution containing chemical products and then dried at a certain temperature using the EC dryer. The ESSICO company can provide finishing lines for nonwovens designed based on specific customer requests.
The dryer is equipped with an integrated system designed to control, regulate, and manage data, ensuring the efficiency of the work cycle.
The dryer is also equipped with remote support featuring web-based control through a VPN server with a firewall. Through remote control, it is possible to monitor and resolve any electrical or electronic issues that may occur with the machine at the customer’s site.
