ALIGNMENT AND WIDTH-CONTROL UNIT

Rings spreaders for tubular knit fabric device for 1 to 6 ropes

Padding mangle equipped with two squeezing rollers for dehydrating open-width textile material, or alternatively, a double padding mangle where the first unit performs dehydration while the second applies chemical finishing agents.
The frame is extremely robust and compact, available in either powder-coated steel or stainless steel. It is powered by high-efficiency motors and controlled by variable frequency drives, synchronized through a compensating dancer roller. Depending on the application, it can be fitted with various types of troughs, including heated ones.
The maximum linear pressure is 50 kg/cm. The rollers can be coated with various grades of rubber, tailored to the specific requirements of the customer.
In the standard configuration, two large-diameter rollers are provided, featuring a 94 Shore A hardness rubber coating for the squeezing mangle and 85 Shore A for the impregnation mangle.
As an option, equi-pressure cylinders are available to ensure uniform squeezing across the entire width of the fabric.
